  Dr. Sabine Herz completed her studies in chemistry (specializing in organic chemistry) at Karlsruhe University and then earned her PhD in the field of transition metal complexes. Within the framework of the funding of her dissertation through a German federal state scholarship, she worked for six months at Oxford University. Dr. Herz has been licensed as a European Patent Attorney since 1996 and has been working for the law firm on a regular basis since then.
