Kristina Holzschneider studied chemistry at the University of Wuppertal with with a focus on organic and macromolecular chemistry. As part of her studies, she completed a research stay at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She received her doctorate in organic chemistry on the topic “Structure of organic geminal diazides and their application in the synthesis of nitrogen-rich heterocycles”.
Ms. Holzschneider was trained as a patent attorney and European Patent Attorney at Fleischer, Engels & Partner mbB, Patentanwälte. She successfully passed the German patent exam in November 2023. Since 2024 she is also a licensed representative before the European Patent Office.
